Vision

Societal responsability

At Leroux and Lotz Technologies, our purpose, values, and commitments form the foundation of our CSR approach, launched in 2022. To bring this policy to life, we took the time to listen to our clients, suppliers, and employees in order to identify the most important issues. Today, this approach is embraced daily by all our teams and supported by project groups dedicated to achieving our social, environmental, and regional objectives. A CSR committee also oversees the progress of our actions and ensures that our ambitions are met. Together, we are building a sustainable and responsible company, aligned with our values and convictions.

LLT also engages its employees in shaping its mobility plan.

Every employee who cycles to work receives a “bike kit” upon arrival to ensure safe travel.

Other actions

Each year, our employees take part in charitable collections and fundraising runs.

Every two years, we conduct our carbon footprint assessment to prioritize actions that will help reduce our environmental impact.

LLT also organizes annual CSR awareness workshops (such as the “2 Tonnes” workshop).

We are developing our responsible purchasing policy and carry out life cycle analyses of our products.

Responsible Purchases

To Our Suppliers

As part of our commitment to responsible purchasing, we have signed the Supplier Relations and Responsible Purchasing Charter (RFAR). This charter, initiated by the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, aims to promote balanced and sustainable relationships between companies and their suppliers. We are committed to implementing an action plan to align with the charter’s 10 key principles, such as transparency in business relations and the integration of social responsibility criteria into purchasing practices. This initiative reflects our determination to strengthen our practices in ethics, transparency, and sustainable development with all our partners.

To better respond to the questions and requests of our suppliers, a dedicated email address has been set up: contactRFAR@lerouxlotz.com

We have also appointed an internal business mediator who, if necessary, can help resolve potential disputes in order to encourage dialogue and strengthen supplier relations.
